Refund Policy

Salt & Temper is operated by Stratford Digital LLC. Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle. Paddle provides the checkout, processes your payment, and issues refunds on our behalf; their name may appear on your card statement.
1. The free trial costs nothing to walk away from
Every membership starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start, but you are not charged during the trial, we email you before it converts to a paid membership, and you can cancel in one click from your account at any time before then. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
2. 14-day refund window on every charge
If you are charged and change your mind, ask within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. This applies to your first payment, to renewals, and to credit pack purchases with unused credits. You do not need to give a reason.
3. How to request a refund
- Email us at saltandtemper@gmail.com from the address on your account; or
- contact Paddle directly at paddle.net, referencing the email you used at checkout.
Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
4. Cancelling is not the same as refunding
Cancelling your membership stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. A refund reverses a charge you already paid. You can do either from your account.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the laws of your country, including consumer withdrawal rights in the EU and UK.
